Returns Policy
We wanted you to be happy and satisfied on your shopping experience with us and get what you wanted easily and fast, but sometimes we understand that our customers change their mind or the item is not expected, faulty or damage. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Please Note Any Damage should be reported to us within 24 Hours after receiving the Item through Email or EBay Massaging. We will not accepted Any Claim of Damage after the 24Hours of receiving the Item. Please Contact us as soon as possible by E-mail or by phone and we will Process your Refund as follow:-
If the item is not despatched we will cancel the order with no time and any payment made for the item will be *refunded fully including postage.
If we despatch an item and you are not happy with it wanted to return, simply ++Return the item to us with all the original packaging and invoices within 14 working days from the date you received the item and we will process your *Refund as soon as we get the item. Please note that in this case postage and packaging cost is not refundable and you are responsible for the Return Cost. ***We have the right to reject a returned item that shows the item has been worn and damaged or not in the original condition .
If the Item we sent is damaged on its way to you (check before you sign if no time to check sign and write unchecked) please return the item to us and as soon as we get the item we will send a **replacement or will *refund your money in full.
If the item we sent is lost on its way to you we will send **another item or *refund your money in full after confirming with the delivery company.
If we Sent you Wrong item by error we Apologies for that please Return the Item to us and as soon as we get the item we will **send you the right item or we will*refund your Money in full.
The Buyer is Responsible that this part is the right one. Any Part not the Right one or the part Not Fit to Your Car for any reason should be reported to us with in 14 Days to arrange return and Process refund. After 14 days we will not accept any Claim that the part is not fit or the part is not right.
* Please Note that: All refund will be made using the same method of payment (e.g. Papal) used to pay for the item.
