· Please note that i use a courier for the majority of my parcels delivery is 2 or 3-5 days depending upon weight, all parcels are tracked and the prices are very reasonable. For items delivered within 1 day I use Royal Mail 1st class. If you wish for another faster delivery service just let me know and it can be arranged, thank you.
· For UK Residents I accept payment through paypal, personal cheque or postal order made out to ‘Yesterdays’ Vintage Glass & Ceramics. I aim to dispatch within one to two days of your cleared payment.
· Outside UK – please contact me first so I can quote postage costs, thank you.
· I try to keep p&p to a minimum using recycled packaging and local made bubble wrap, always ensuring items are well packed (please see feedback). A certificate of postage is always obtained.
· Regarding returns – you have 14 days in which to return your item if you are not satisfied, the return postage is down to the buyer, if the item is not as described upon receipt I will offer a full refund for the item price & postage. If the item is damaged due to bad delivery service this will be dealt with through the company concerned, I cannot be responsible for breakages unless it is proven to be negligence on my behalf.
