It's labeled as a Grundig GDM121, which has been built by Sennheiser and is exactly the same as the Sennheiser MD21 (besides the beautiful gold color as you can see). The microphone has been tested and is in perfect working condition, perfect sound. For cosmetic condition please look at the pictures. The original stand is included.
