USE:
The Integrative Pneumatic Air Spring System EasyTop is designed with the goal of increasing the reliability and stability of the vehicle, improving the comfort on the road, improving the driving balance in the case of heavy loads, preventing the lowering of the rear axle, avoiding skidding and side roll when overtaking and getting out viaducts.
The installation is recommended on vehicles with extended rear overhangs.
The air spring system EasyTop is made for numerous models of vehicles produced by different automakers: commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles (camper, caravan, motor caravan, motorhomes), construction vehicles, industrial vehicles, mobile workshops, SUVs, vans, pick -up and crossbow vehicles.
ADVANTAGES compared to suspension systems from other manufacturers:
EasyTop air spring with the double ruffle and the central ring of hardened steel guarantees a greater elongation ability and maximum reactivity even at low pressures.
The system EasyTop has been designed and built to be installed or removed quickly and easily. It comes pre-assembled in all its parts, which makes it easy to install even to not specifically trained people. The installation requires no special equipment and tools, no need to drill holes or on the chassis of the vehicle, or welding, the original state of the vehicle can be restored at any time.
EasyTop requires no maintenance.
EasyTop is a supplementary pneumatic airspring with a power system based on a double closed circuit that allows to correct the balance even in case of non-uniformly distributed loads. The pressures of the two springs can be adjusted independently on the right and on the left. The air is supplied from the outside (service station / compressor).

In the case of
accidental breakage of any component of the kit we are able to provide the
individual parts required.
The kit is produced in-house with no mediators, so you can order replacements
at a minimum cost without having to repurchase the entire kit.
CERTIFICATIONS MANUFACTURING AND TESTING:
Drawing, design, CNC processes, checking and testing are guaranteed by the Made in Italy. Thanks to the use of high quality components the air spring ensures long duration and maximum safety. For more details see page CERTIFICATION.
