Vintage 1950s 1960s wicker plastic sturdy shopping basket storage display

A lovely vintage shopping basket dating from the 1950s or 1960s. Made of wicker and red, white and blue plastic.  The basket is in very good condition. Could also be used for a picnic basket. The hinges at the back have bee bound together with string in the past. 

It measures 14ins wide x 10 ins tall (not including the handles) x 6ins deep

Great for shopping, display or storage
