These men's Eagle Pass Zip-Off, Convertible Pants by Game Winner® with Dura Cool™ are made of breathable, lightweight 100% woven polyester material coated with 3M ScotchGard Protector™ to wick away moisture and to help you stay cool. The zip-off legs offer a quick and easy way to convert the pants into shorts.

Personal Review:
We both love have been wearing these pants for some time now. They are extremely cool and comfortable and hold up well to being washed repeatedly. I highly recommend these pants for warm weather hunts; I don't think I've come across anything better or more comfortable for the price! 
Depending on how your body weight is distributed some have noticed the pants are snug through the lower hip area when sitting - not too uncomfortable or too tight, just reported as snug. 
The only improvement I can conceive would be for the pant cuff area to be adjustable (to fit snug for tick control); I added drawstrings to the pant hem to solve that issue and it worked perfectly.
