I make great effort to be the best priced you can find anywhere. Please be mindful of that if you want a better price. I am willing to listen to offers BUT BE RESPECTFUL. (Meaning don’t give me an “offer” of greater than 20 percent off.

I ALWAYS SHIP SAME DAY 6pm West Coast time is the cut off on weekdays 2pm West Coast time on Saturday (Yes I ship Saturday)

If you click to agree to buy an item PLEASE make prompt payment. I feel its disrespectful to “hold” an item for days. When you click to buy be ready to pay. If there are payment issues contact me immediately and I will work with you to make any arrangements if needed.

When you get your item please let me know if there are ANY issues or anything I can do to make you 100 percent satisfied.

When emailing please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right. If you want a partial refund please speed the process up and suggest what you would like to make it right. I am very quick to respond to emails. I will do my best to fix any issue that may arise 

If you check my feedback yes I do have some negative feedback, BUT every customer was taken care of right away. Nobody was ignored.
