Gasket Guru presents leakdown test kits for the Honda NSR 250 V-twin all years and models (MC16, MC18, MC21, and MC28).

The kits are made from touch plastic and can be re-used indefinitely.

Each kit comes with:

2 X Carb bungs

2 X Exhaust bung set

Using a foot pump, a brush, and some soapy water can reveal leaks in the crankcase, the 3XV is common for reed valve gasket leaks as the image shows.

Aim for 6 psi for 6 minutes, leaks quickly become apparent with this kit.
