The pallet wood is hand selected for unique character and look. Some racks are slightly sanded to prevent snagging rough wood.

Refund Policy:

We provide a 14-day return policy on any item that is received broken due to delivery (cost of item refunded-does not include shipping) without a restocking fee. I ask that you contact us immediately and provide pictures of the item and packaging. We will open a claim with the USPS (if applicable) to refund the cost of the item to the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assist in the claim if needed. If the return is due to the purchaser changing his/her mind for other reasons, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of the item itself (shipping not included). The purchaser pays for return shipping.
