    • Q: Why the selling price is so low? Is it real?
      A: Yes, all are actual prices, without hidden charges.
      The selling price is competitive, as we are doing wholesale in supplying products to different buyers such as eBay sellers, retail stores.

      Q: Why the price in eBay listing is higher than that in our shopping website?
      A: As eBay charged seller for the listing fee and transaction fee, that will affect the final selling price accordingly.
      In other words, there is no extra fee required in our shopping website.

      Q: Are your items all brand new and unused?
      A: Yes, all of our items are brand new and unused, and not refurbished.

      Q: Do I need to pay for TAX?
      A: Items entering Europe from overseas are most likely to be charged import duties / VAT.
      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
      These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
      Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
      All items are imported stock from world wide.
      Please note that we need to declare the true value as CUSTOMS must check it.
      We will not declare a lower value as it is illegal.
      Please do not ask for lower value declaration.

    • Items are brand new genuine, not refurbished item.
      Package will be opened one time for testing purposes before shipping out.
      All technical specifications are taken from the original manufacturer's manual or website.
      They are subject to change without notice.
      Please ask all questions before bidding to avoid getting confusion.
      If you like to cancel an order prior to dispatch you are free to do so, once dispatched a order cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee charge will be administered.
      All pictures include are for illusion only.
      The seller will not be held liable for any personal injury, physical or others, and damage caused by the item purchased from this transaction.
      All the items are imported stock directly from oversea supplier.

      All item we sell are brand new genuine with unique IMEI no registered.
      For internet shopping, that buyers cannot view and test the items, our supplier must need to act as first barrier to turn on the device to check the basic functions before we ship out

      Our supplier must need to do the final quality check before we ship to buyers.
      Bidding or purchasing an item from us constitutes that you agree with our terms & conditions.

      Every country has different customs rates and laws.
      This is the buyer's duty to the government.
      Customs is the international buyer's responsibility.
      Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.
      We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.
      If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus Shipping cost to and from buyer (Buyer will get partial refund, 25% restocking fee charge will be applied) .
      If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.

    • Warranty

    • All item come with 1 year warranty service by buybuybox.
      If a manufacture defect is found within the warranty period, simply contact us and we will provide instructions on how to get your item(s) serviced.
      In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to overseas official repair station and we will have it professionally serviced in a manufacturer appointed service centre.
      Please contact us immediately if any content is missing, item has been damaged or other problem upon arrival of the item (DOA).
      The items will not be covered in our warranty if you have asked a repair store for repairing by yourself.
      For LCD screens, cellphone, digital cameras and DVs, fewer than 3 dead or light pixels  or white /black sport are considered to be normal.
      A new replacement will be provided if there are 3 or more dead or light pixels on the central position of the display (within 3 days upon arrival of the item)
      Returned items should be sent back to us via a recorded and insured method of carriage.
      The cost of returned items is the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are found to be (DOA) or delivered to you in error.
      Most of the accessories would not be coved in our warranty except the original battery, memory card, remote controller, battery grip, flash light and shutter releases.
      Buyers are responsible for any damage/loss during the transit of the returned goods.
      Buyers are responsible to ensure that they backup and save their data and/or software before sending the goods back to us for inspection and restore them after the repair has been completed.
      Faulty item will take approximately 1 month for repair and shipping if parts or components are available.
      The products are not under warranty or the customers have to pay for the repair fee in the following situations:
      Damage caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage, exposure to moisture, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs, improper installation, improper use of any electrical source, undue physical or electrical stress, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts which are not the fault of Buybuybox, including damage or loss during returning shipment from customer's returns.
      Damage from external causes such as floods, storms, fires, sand, dirt, earthquakes, an Act of God, exposure to sunlight, weather, moisture, heat, or corrosive environments, electrical surges, battery leakage, theft, or damage caused by the connection to other products not recommended for interconnection by Buybuybox.
      Failure to work and/or lost data due to (i) interoperability with current and/or future versions of operating systems or other current and/or future software and hardware which have not been recommended by the manufacturers of the products, (ii) a computer virus, worm, Trojan horse or memory content corruption, or (iii) malfunction or defect of the product.
      Any product that has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed.
      Any defect that is discovered/reported after the expiration of the Warranty Period.
    • Shipping and Delivery

    • Orders will be processed on a working day (Monday to Friday) basis after payment has been received and verified.
      Cleared payment received before midday will normally be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase.
      Please note all items are sent quickly (3-4 working days domestic handling time) from a central dispatch unit - sorry, personal collection is not possible.

      Items will only be sent to your PayPal registered address. (No alternative address is allowed).
      The delivery time is within 7-10 business days (weekend not business without service).
      In order to have a efficient logistic, Parcels may directly dispatch from our overseas warehouses in case local warehouse is out of stock (i.e. Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States etc.)

      The Postage service we used is either FEDEX / DHL / TOLL / EMS Speed-post, Seller will choose the postage company depends on which postage company that can provide the service to your area.

      As Post office is not allowing sending with battery anymore, all the shipments will be sent courier as default.
      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price.
      These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
      Please check your country's CUSTOMS before purchase.
      We must have to declare the TRUE value for CUSTOMS clearance, as it is illegal in declaring the wrong value.

      PayPal Payments:
      We will only ship to your verified PayPal address.

      If the courier delivery is selected a signature will be required at the specified delivery address.

      A verified PayPal account is required and your PayPal registered address must be confirmed.
      The domestic handling time is within 1-3 business days before dispatch in order to process further security checks.
      If payment is made by e-cheque, item will only be dispatched after e-cheque is cleared.
      Direct Credit Card Payments and PayPal Payments with unverified account or unconfirmed addresses are subject to security checks.
      We have the right to refuse an order based on the result of a risk assessment.

      This means if you have received a DOA (defect on arrival) item, you can return it for replacement.
      Please note replacement will not be offered to cases reported after 3 days.

      Please note that the return met the following conditions:
      Item(s) are returned successfully, in brand new and resalable condition, with all original accessories, with original packaging.
      Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

      If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus Shipping cost to and from buyer ***Buyer will get partial refund, 25% restocking fee charge will be applied or more.

      If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.
