This item is used in Good condition. There may be small damage, scuffs, or dents to the case or cover art but no damage to the disc or disc holder. It may or may not include an additional slip cover or functioning digital code. All items are packaged and shipped with care, usually in a padded bubble mailer or larger box if needed. We have had very few refunds due to damaged items. Higher value items also include additional padding. Most items ordered before 4 pm EST will ship the same day, and all others within one business day. We use the US Postal Service for shipping, and usually make 2 deliveries to the post office per day - Once at open, and once right before they close.
