Payment must be made within 3 days of auction end. We accept paypal only due to ebay policy. If you need longer than 3 days please contact us.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items will be shipped within 1 business days of cleared payment. Many of my items include free shipping, but for those that do not, I am willing to combine shipping. You will need to request a new invoice with the shipping discount before you pay. Shipping discounts only apply to items that are paid for and shipped together. Please remember that echecks can take up to a week to clear.
REFUNDS/RESTOCKING FEE
We do not except returns on underwwear due to the delicate nature of the item.
Other items you may return for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn with retail tag attached, so please try the item on before cutting off the tag. The returned item must also be perfume-free and smoke-free. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and it is recommended that tracking be added to the package as proof of return.

PLEASE NOTE - All of our Victoria's Secret items are 100% authentic with labels and retail tags attached unless otherwise noted, if tags are missing. All of our items may have a colored mark on the tags or on the inside band if it is label free, to prevent store returns. Items come from everyday retail, online and outlet stores. All of our items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home. I ship in poly envelopes. Bras may get wrinkled in shipping, but they are removed when washed.
