This listing is for one costume headband with sequin, floral, polka dot ribbon & tinsel details that looks like a witch hat or a unicorn horn. Would fit most adults or children - headband itself is flexible plastic covered with a velvety material. Worn once or twice. Excellent preowned condition with very light wear. A few of the dots on the ribbon look 'smudged' as they are painted on - the accessory came this way, this is a manufacturer issue. Horn/hat portion measures about 5 inches. Headband itself (not including any attachments/decorations) measures about 5x5.25" as shown in the photo at it's largest points while not extended. Can comfortably be extended to about 6.5" or more at it's widest point. Please let me know if you have any questions!
