We are a family run business who specialise in laser cut jewellery, personalised gifts and movie memorabilia. We use advanced and highly accurate laser cutting machines to produce what we sell.
We also produce items with our CNC machine and will handcraft items too.

If you have any issues with a purchased item, please let us know before leaving a neutral or negative feedback, they are extremely damaging to our business and we would prefer to sort the issue quickly ensuring both of us are happy with the result.

We try hard to please our customers with our products. But if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our item, you can mail it back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item should be in the original condition. Your refund will be issued within 1-3 business days after we receive our item. Items lost in mail are not our responsibility.

Shipping & Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

1.We can accept PayPal payment only.
2.We cannot arrange the shipments on the weekend or public holidays.
3.Your orders will be shipped out within 48 hours after your payment is verified(Saturdays & Sundays are excluded.) .
4.Please be advised that the international delivery highly depends on your local customs and your local post service.
5.We can ship your orders only to your confirmed Paypal address. Your address and full name on Paypal must match your shipping address.
