SHIPPING POLICY

1.      By default all our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class or Second Class delivery and include cost of postage and packing.

2.      Normally most items are sent within 24 hours during week days. However, due to some unforeseen occasions items are sent 24-48 hours after payment received.

3.      All orders that are placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

4.      Royal Mail standard delivery is aimed to deliver within 3-5 working days by Second Class and next working day by First Class(Royal Mail advises 90% of items to arrive next day).
Royal Mail states to allow up to 15 working days for your item to arrive. We do not expect you to wait this long, however if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch then kindly inform us.

1.      Returns are only accepted if the buyer receives a wrong or a faulty item. Buyer must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Faulty items will be tested for any fault and a refund will be given within 7 days of receipt including the cost of postage.

2.      Replacement item(s) will be sent to the buyer on the same working day as the returned item that has been received. If the replacement is not available a full refund will be issued instantly.

3.      If the buyer would like to receive a refund for the item. The Buyer will be responsible to pay for the return cost of postage and is advised to post item(s) via a reliable method.
Also the cost of P&P which we initially paid to dispatch item, this will be deducted when providing refund.

4.      Always retain a Certificate of Proof of Postage from post office when you return the item for exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post and be sure to include your order number with your return.
