This is a vintage, art deco, bevel-matted, LIMITED EDITION ERTE LITHOGRAPH, published in Parma Italy by Franco Maria Ricci. The prints in this series are tipped in, a publishing technique reserved for the highest quality prints of the era. Each print is on glossy paper, attached to a grayish blue, heavy construction type paper background, and matted in an off-white, acid free matte.

This print comes from a limited edition (2000) publication that was published in 1972.

CONDITION: EXCELLENT -- The prints in this series are clear, clean, bright and extraordinarily colorful (really very vibrant). No foxing or folds. A really fine image. Excellent definition. Nice clean, sharp lines. [Note: There is a small crease at the top right corner made during production when the print was tipped on to the background paper. See pictures.]

This print is about 45 years old and guaranteed to be original. It’s an authentic old print from the aforementioned limited edition series, and NOT A REPRODUCTION.

The print is about 8" x 8 1/2" (including the border around the print, if any). Matted the print measures 12 1/2" x 12 1/2". This is a standard size matte that will fit into a standard size frame—no costly custom frames required.

About The Mats

The backing, WHICH IS NOT ATTACHED TO THE PRINT, but which should be kept with the print when framed, also meets the same high quality acid-free standard. All mats are acid-free and the small piece of tape used to attach the print to the top of the mat is artists tape. This print is truly ready to be framed and preserved.
