Selling a used unit of HP/Agilent 53131A Universal Frequency counter 225 MHz which was pulled from a manufacturing floor environment. This units has some scratches as a result of the working conditions and you can see those in the pictures (biggest scratches are at the top on the cover and plastic frame as seen in pictures). Basic limited testing was performed to show the unit is working, pictures of each one of those basic tests are posted. Units shows a PASS self test when turned on and basic frequency measurements made as shown in pictures.
