After some help from a gracious eBay buyer I now know that this amplifier is from a circa 1947 Magnavox Regency Symphony home radio/phonograph combination.

It measures 10 x 14 inches - the 4 tubes grouped together are 6V6.
One of the remaining tubes is a 5Y3 and I cannot make out the markings on the 6th tube.

The amp is solid and I think would rebuild well - it has not been tested.
