• I obtain proof of posting for all items that I send.  Should the item be lost in the post then I will be more than happy to forward this proof of posting in order that you can claim the necessary compensation from the Post Office.  The standard compensation level for the Post Office is £20 for 1st class standard post.  For items over £50 in value the option to sent by Special Delivery Next Day (this service provides compensation up to £500) is available.  Please note, If your chosen method is without insurance, I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
