The necklace is set with 2 diamonds on the front of the heart and sits on a 16 inch chain.  It is made of Sterling Silver and hallmarked 925 with Elsa Peretti's signature on the back of the heart and the chain

The heart measures 16mm (1.6cm) across the widest point.
