For wrong items
If there is any problem with the items, please contact us, we will do our
best to solve that ASAP.
Regarding to a wrong item or faulty item, please take
some pictures.
Then please send us a eBay message with these pictures attached.
This will help us to sort out the issues quickly.
We will be very grateful if you could make the photo clear enough about the
problem .
Please Do Not open any case in eBay or PayPal, as that
is not a good way to solve the problem and consumes more time.
According to our experience, all problems can be solved quickly as long as good
communications with customers.

In case of a faulty item, usually we will not ask you
to send it back.
For any wrong item please send it back with Royal Mail First Class, please note
that we can only pay for the return cost of royal mail first class.
For return and refund
We accept return within 14 working days of receiving the items, but the
items should be in original packaging & condition.
Please note that if you change mind and return, you should be responsible for
the return cost.
For exchange
There are 2 ways to do exchange
1, If you would like to save time, it is suggested to place a new order for the
items you want, then return the original items to us for refund.
2, Alternatively you can return the original items and we will send your
exchanged one. But please note that you have to pay re-delivery cost of the new
items.
