  • A used phone that has signs of use such as scratches but will not include deep scratches and no significant signs of heavy wear and tear.
  • The screen, sides and back of the handset may show some signs of use such as scratches or scuffs but they are not always around the entire phone and maybe in one specific area. This will not affect the functionality of the phone
  • The handset has been fully tested and is in full working order
Fair - Grade C
  • A used phone that has signs of use such as scratches and may include some deep scratches, housing damage.
  • Cosmetically there are visible scratches on the screen and around the body of the phone. This will not affect the functionality of the phone
  • The handset has been fully tested and is in full working order

    1st Class Recorded is offered although the insurance only covers up to £50 this is at the customers discretion.

      We offer 14 day returns for any DEFECTIVE items that are returned as they were received along with the original packaging and in the state it was received, although we will try and resolve any issues prior to having to issue a refund.
