The size of the flowers in the packets are as follows :

Small flowers (packet of 40 flowers) :  20mm (about 3/4" - size of a 1p coin)

Medium flowers (packet of 40 flowers : 25mm (about 1" - a little smaller than a 50p coin)

Larger flowers (packet of 40 flowers) : 32mm (about 1.25") (a little larger than a 50p coin)

Please note :  these flowers are a single layer of natural-white Mulberry TISSUE - they are extremely fragile, fine and delicate and look almost like lace. A diamante gem has been placed in the center of each flower. As the flowers are hand-made I cannot guarantee that every flower will be absolutely identical although I do try!

These pretty flowers are ideal for weddings and parties and can be used to decorate wrapped presents and tags for that very special gift or add them to invitations, menus, thank-you notes, and place setting cards.  Add a few loose diamante gems and use them for table and room décor.  They are ideal for projects where a lot of similar items are being constructed - there are lots of flowers in each pack!!

Using the flowers :   Flowers supplied in this listing are plain white with coloured gem centers :  You can add whatever colour you wish to the flowers in seconds by rubbing a little colored chalk into the centre with your fingertip or cotton wool bud, (no special chalks are required, use ordinary kids' chalks).  To make the petals rise up simply place the flower on your fingertip and press into the center using the pointy end of a pen-cap (a ‘Bic’ Biro pen is ideal)  Apply a tiny amount of white glue to the reverse centre of each flower using a cocktail stick or fine applicator (a spot about the size of a pinhead is sufficient) and then place the flower as required.    Alternatively use a tiny amount of blue- or white-tack to secure the flowers temporarily so that you can remove them later for re-use.

I charge 60p standard 2nd class Royal Mail postage for the first item you buy, and then 10p extra per item up to a maximum of 80p.  60p does not actually cover the cost, as e.bay and PayPal both take a percentage of the 60p so that the amount I receive falls considerably short of the 54p stamp, let alone packaging, documentation etc.

I have structured my account so that my customers can save money on multiple purchases - the maximum postage you will pay in any one transaction is 80p and this will apply across items from any of my various listings - you can buy 100 items from any combination of my listings and never pay more than 80p postage.     HOWEVER ... in order to activate the 80p maximum YOU MUST PLACE ALL THE ITEMS YOU DESIRE INTO YOUR SHOPPING CART AND PAY FOR THEM IN ONE SINGLE TRANSACTION.

You don't even need to place them all in the cart at once,  you can take your time to browse my listings and add items to your cart over a period of several days - change your mind,  take some out, add others, and still only pay 80p postage.  Remember, I cannot see what is in your cart unless or until you pay for it.  If, by any chance, the 80p 'basket' maximum postage is not applied, please contact me and I will refund the extra you have paid (the feature does not ALWAYS work!!)

Nevertheless if you purchase 3 items in 3 separate transactions you will pay 60p postage for each transaction, (£1.80), I cannot refund this as fees will already have been taken and will not be refunded to me.

Postage and Packing :   60p for the first item (Royal Mail, 2nd class) : additional 10p for each extra pack purchased,  e.g. 5 packs = total P & P of £1.00.  Please place items you require in your basket and the discount should appear on your purchase invoice when making payment - if it does not then please send me a message via e.bay and ask for a combination invoice before making payment. (applies only to multiple purchases to be sent out in the same package).   First Class postage is available at checkout if required (72p first item, plus additional 15p for each extra pack purchased).

Delivery :  Items are normally posted the next working day after payment is received.  (NB  Royal Mail do not GUARANTEE overnight delivery even on First Class mail).  I always obtain certified and dated ‘Proof of Posting’ however, once posted, responsibility for delivery rests with Royal Mail and they will not entertain claims for non-delivery until 15 working days have passed.  In practice, items usually arrive 2 - 3 working days after your order is paid.

Returns :  If you are not happy with the item please notify me as soon as possible - I will accept returns. Upon receipt of returned goods (unused, undamaged and in original packaging) I will refund the purchase price, minus my postage cost.  Return postage must be paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items will be refunded in full, including all postage charges, or replaced at my expense should you prefer

Feedback : If you are unhappy with the item in any way please contact me asap via E-Bay and I will be pleased to resolve in any way I can.   I want my customers to be happy, leaving bad feedback without giving me any chance to put matters right is unhelpful to all concerned.  Thank you.
