You will receive all fragile items in their own re-sealable labelled bags, bubble wrapped and then packed in a padded envelope.  We will post items on the day or the next working day after payment.

Obviously we have no control on items once we have left them at the Post Office, so please not blame us for late or lost packages.  (We always get proof of postage). 

The Post Office state that they will not accept that packages are lost in the post until 15 days after the due arrival date UK, and 25 days non UK.

If you use an address which is not your private residence please include recorded delivery in your payment.

At beadypapers we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of the date you received it to arrange for its return. 

When returning, for your own security please get proof of postage. 

Upon receipt we will issue a full refund or exchange for the price you paid for it no questions asked. 

Postage may be due for exchanged items.

We are Chris and Dave, a wife and husband team running beadypapers. 

We are still a bit surprised at all that has happened.  It started when Chris wanted different beads for her long standing hobby - making earrings. 

Not able to find the beads she wanted, she decided to source beads from a wholesaler, and to sell the surplus through eBay.  That took off in such a spectacular way we decided to look for some more unusual beads.  They are also successful.   

Chris still chooses most of the beads and Dave designs the webpages for our website and works very hard to get the pictures exactly right.  We both do the day to day packing and posting duties.

We try to stock beads that are unusual and not seen on other sellers' listings plus those beads and findings that we think are always necessary.  We consider quality first in our items and in our service to you our buyers.
