TiAL F38 38mm Wastegate

The classic 2 bolt flange wastegate. TiAL first produced the F38 back in 2001 and it's still going strong today. This wastegate has a 38mm valve - same as the MV-S, and its body is about an inch taller

Specifications

• High temp NiCrFe based alloy is used for valve and 347SS valve housing will offer longer product life compared to competing designs

• High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm

• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resist "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C)

• Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing

• All Stainless Steel hardware

• Mating weld flanges are 304L or 1018

• Colour anodized aluminum actuator

Included with every TiAL F38:

• F38 Assembly

• F38 Valve Seat

• 2 TiAL Air Fittings

• 2 Mounting Bolts

• TiAL Racing Valve Stem. The Wear Coating is resistant the the corrosive effects of Lead oxide which is present when running leaded racing fuel

This is a 1.0 bar Wastegate kit (made up from 2 springs fitted inside the wastegate). Please contact us if you require a different spring. This kit is 100% Genuine TiAL - be wary of counterfeit copies that have recently been advertised online

Shipping to UK mainland is free across our product range. Express courier is optional. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however non-stock items may take longer. You will be notified if your order is subject to any delays.

Returns

All customers should contact ID-Workz Ltd before returning an item and must include original sales invoice in the return package. We accept returns within 14 days. Where goods are supplied correctly, returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Items must be in original packaging and returned in original condition. A refund or exchange will not be made until all items are returned to ID-Workz Ltd. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
