PAYMENT –
As well as Paypal we also accept payment from UK customers by cheque,
postal order and bank transfer and we can even often offer a small
discount for non-Paypal payments - please ask!
DELIVERY –
We endeavour to post items as quickly as we can and it is only in
extreme instances (such as when we are on holiday) that it will take us
more than 5 working days to post your item. Therefore our delivery
estimate of one week from your date of purchase should usually be the latest
that you should expect your item to arrive. If your item is needed
urgently such as for a present or for a forthcoming gig or party, do please let
us know and we will do what we can to get the item to you for the date
that you need it. We post all UK items 2nd Class unless you would prefer
to pay an additional sum for a faster service.
Whilst 99.99% of our customers are very happy with our service should you experience any problems whatsoever do please contact us BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.
