Payment
- Payment must be within 5 days of auction close. If no payment after this time negative feedback will be left.
- Please make payments using Paypal. If you wish to pay by another means then please contact me before bidding.
- Happy to sell to international bidders.
Postage and Packing
- Items will be mailed out, well protected, in a 'Jiffy' padded envelope, box or similar depending on the item.
- I always aim to mail out next working day following payment.
- I will combine postage whenever I can for items that are paid for at the same time and can be shipped together.
- If you win more than one auction please wait for an invoice before making payment as ebay often fails to apply postage discount correctly so you may be overcharged.
- International postage sometimes takes up to 3 weeks to arrive. No tracking number will be available unless buyer specifically asks for international signed for service. Please be aware that this is a very expensive service from the UK.
Returns
- Please contact me if you have any problem whatsoever with any items that I sell.
- I am happy to accept returns for items that are faulty within 14 days but you will need to contact me in advance using the ebay messaging service.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
- I will make any refunds through Paypal
