Implementing rules
After washing your hands, file nails, remove residues of filing powder with a kabuki brush and clean up the nails on a kleenex. Apply hand cream BODY EXCELLENCE. With a special stick, push back the cuticle at the base and sides of the nail, then clean the nail with a cotton pad soaked in solvent. Then apply a thin passed BASE. Apply following a first pass of LE VERNIS, then a second pass for a perfect coverage.
