We accept PayPal. Sure to confirm your PayPal shipping address proper to payment. We do not allow changes to an address after payment. All in state residents within our state of Colorado will be charged the required state tax of 2.9% at the time of checkout. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of any auction. If the buyer is unable to pay within 7 days The Gear Movement must be contacted regarding the timing of payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the auction end the item is subject to an "Unpaid Item Case" in eBay. If The Gear Movement has not been contacted regarding payment within those 4 days, the item will be re-listed for other buyers to purchase.

All items that you plan to return must be in the same condition as you received it. All sales are final for all weight-bearing and life-saving devices. We will not accept any returns of this kind. Customer Satisfaction and a 5-Star rating is our goal. Please let us help you with any issues or concerns you may have, do not contact the manufacturer of the product. We will work with you to remedy any situation. We are open from 9-5, Monday-Friday except for holidays.
