When purchasing a ring from our EBay shop please ensure you have the correct UK size.
We can adjust most rings to fit at an additional cost, as we have an onsite jewellery workshop. However we will NOT accept returns or issue refunds on jewellery we have altered to your specific size or instruction.

UK ? ALL items posted by ourselves will be fully insured and sent by Royal Mail special delivery, and you will be sent tracking information on dispatch.
We feel this is the safest way for you to receive your item.
Due to the individual prices of our items postage may vary.
We do not include packing in our post costs to keep the prices as reasonable as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Please allow up to 25 days for arrival due to different custom processes in different countries.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for.
We will combine postage for multiple purchases.

WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT INSURE JEWELLERY AND PRECIOUS METALS POSTED TO AUSTRALIA, HOWEVER WE CAN POST ITEMS OUT BUT ONLY AT CUSTOMERS OWN RISK.
WE DISPATCH AS SOON AS PAYMENT HAS CLEARED, AND USUALLY SAME DAY IF BETWEEN 9AM AND 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. ANY WEEKEND PURCHASES WILL BE DISPATCHED MONDAY.
