These plants are completely safe for use in aquariums containing fish. I have used plants from the same manufacturer and batch in three of my own aquariums containing cichlids, community fish, and a breeding group of super red bristlenose pleco's without any problems.

Much easier to use than real plants, just rinse or soak the plants in a bucket of water as you would do with any artificial decor then place them in your aquarium.
