I am located in Canada been a been a member on E bay since 2000 

I do not subscribe to  "Global" shipping - in my opinion taxes should not be collected on used items - Ebay should not be charging fees on taxes !! My opinion only, that said, I have no control on materials going across borders - I will not collect taxes nor subscribe to the practice!

By the way, I believe that the $3250.00 ( Approx $2385 US)  asking is reasonable - will entertain reasonable offers
