Returns:  Yes, returns are accepted with no questions asked.  But please keep in mind that returns are costly to both buyer and seller and we try to avoid them by providing a detailed description of the items.  However, we understand that there might be an impulse purchase or buyer’s remorse.   In this case we expect our valuable customers to respect our store policies that will be applied to all sales with absolutely no exception:

·      Return authorization is required by contacting seller within 3 days of delivery.

·      Item must be returned in the original condition unused and well packaged within 14 days of delivery.  Returned items over $100 worth will require a signature confirmation.

·      Restocking fee 15% applies to all items with shipping fees paid by buyer.

·      Restocking fee 20% applies to all items with shipping fees paid by seller.

·      Restocking fee is waived for the items exchanged; however, additional shipping fee may apply.

·      Shipping/handling fee is not refundable.

·      Returns are not accepted from the international sales due to the high shipping costs.

International sales:  International buyers are welcome as we ship worldwide.  Most of our items are

 shipped by Global shipping  method where the buyer pays shipping fees and import tax at the time of sale.  Please

 contact us if you’d like to ship by the  traditional method and we will cancel Global shipping option.  If your

 country is not participating in Global shipping program, the  item will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail

 with shipping insurance purchased additionally to cover full price of the item.
