Here is an ICOM PCR-1000 that is used. I do not know its' history or how well it operates. I did open the case and find it has the optional UT-106 DSP Board installed.

I have not tested this or do I have the means to. It is only the PCR-1000, I have not found the cables or software or anything else that might belong to this in his estate yet.
