Here's a professional used studio Audio-Technica AT4041 cardioid 'pencil' condenser microphone, featuring a true condenser pickup. It sports a standard XLR 3-pin audio connector.  It's designed to run from standard phantom power, provided by your audio mixer, recorder, or USB interface. 

It's used, and functions great.  It's been tested, and I will warrant it to operate at full specs.  Please note that cosmetically, it shows some significant wear (please see photos.)
