This is a beautiful Maxfield Parrish print/ lithograph titled "The Hilltop" from The House of Art N.Y. circa 1927. Two young ladies sitting under a tree on a hill top. This is in its original ornate period frame but has some damage at the bottom. There also appears to be some water spots on the print. Please see photos!
