Vintage JVC direct drive automatic turntable with Empire 295 LT cartridge and stylus purchased from a high-end retailer (Sound Advice) back in the 80s. Everything works as it should except when it comes to the end of the record the tone arm no longer returns to it's cradle. This just started happening, and I don't know if it's something that the anti-skating adjustment would fix. I've just been hitting the "Start/Stop" button and the tone arm returns and shuts off as it should. The chrome on the counterbalance is pitted. The clear lid has yellowed due to age and has a few fairly significant scratches/scuffs. I tried to capture them in the pictures but couldn't pick them up very well. It also has an adjustable Pitch Control and a spindle adapter for 45s.
