This sale is for the Horn Building PDF Plans ONLY that are pictured here in sample page pics #2 and #3 above. I have combined all the best building techniques and materials needed to build the horns into these plans that are now for sale in PDF form. Your plans will be emailed to you in a PDF file to print out the instructions from or you can just view them on your computer (the PDF file will be emailed to your PayPal email address unless you specify otherwise). I will also email the video links for the 4 private youtube building videos loaded with tips and ideas to help aid you with your build and to go along with the PDF plans. You will be building your horns with PVC pipe, PVC reducers, and plastic funnels. You should be able to find all the parts needed to build a set of these horns at any large hardware building and plumbing supply store. The funnels can be found at many auto parts stores. You can connect as many horns together as you want and tune them to sound like any set of train horns that you desire. The construction PDF comes with 17 pages of  instructions complete with 28 color photos of the building process and completed horn pics and a chart showing all the real train horns in use today with the notes they play. You can build a 3 bell set of these horns in a day or less. This is a fun building project that really sounds great when your done. I have tested the decible output of my PVC M5 horns and found that they produce about 124db with my preferred diaphragms installed. I own a few sets of real train horns and I find that my PVC train horns have a very pleasing comparable sound. They sound best from 60-110 psi but will blow with as little as 30psi. You can see and hear the horns up close on these videos. The first video is showing a horn built with the 3" power chambers. The second video is showing a horn built with the 4" power chambers. The third video is showing a horn built with a combination of both 3" and 4" power chambers. The 4" version power chambers can be built just like the 3" power chamber version shown in the plans only using the next size larger parts. I show all the parts needed for both the 3" and 4" power chambers in the plans. The fourth video is a decibel comparison test of 3 different horns.Video #1 K3LA  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qE-E2EuWR0Q   Video #2 M3  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sK33N59tQns&feature=player    Video #3 M5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVy1pdLYma4    Video #4 Decibel Test of PVC M5 train horn vs. Nathan Airchime K5LLA   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DTYyzJ0y8U
