Please remember that sizes may vary between manufacturers - that is why it is so vital to check provided size charts.

Most of our products are manufactured in the European Union and follow the EU sizing. The sizes are then converted into other sizing standards (UK, USA, CA, FR, IT) by the manufacturers.

In case of doubt which size to choose, please contact our Customer Support and provide your measurements - for bras the most important are bust and underbust (in CM). We will do our best to suggest the size that should fit you the best.

Our orders may be dispatched in two ways (depending on where we store the product):

• either by us via postal services such as Royal Mail, or on our behalf by Amazon under a service called Fulfilled by Amazon
• directly from their distribution centres. Various carriers may be assigned to perform the service and we have no influence as to the choice Amazon makes (Amazon cooperates with Royal Mail, Amazon Logistics, DHL, DPD, UPS to name a few).

Items are usually dispatched from Monday to Friday within 1-2 business days (depending on selected delivery method) of receiving cleared payment, to the address given by you when placing the order. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

IMPORTANT- All our orders are passed on Amazon’s fulfilment centre automatically - so please contact us immediately if you wish to change the delivery address. Please bear in mind, that during the weekend or bank holidays we are not capable to address any changes requests. If you chose the wrong size/colour please inform us immediately but also request to cancel your order via eBay. You will be refunded as soon as possible. In order to choose the correct size/colour please place a new order. Please note that once the order reaches a certain stage of fulfilment at Amazon’s centre we won't be able to cancel the delivery or change the delivery address!

Express delivery is available only to UK addresses not including portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. Damaged or incorrectly supplied products

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or e-mail) within a reasonable period of time.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, (if products you ordered are delivered separately) on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You may use the model cancellation form, which is available here. This is however not obligatory. You can scan a signed copy and email it to contact@othereden.co.uk. Alternatively you can just email us with your cancellation request to the above mentioned address or via eBay messages. You may also open a return request directly via eBay (Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation - Returning the products

You shall send back the goods, without undue delay, an in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless the products were delivered to you in error, or if they are defective or damaged.

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear and when trying on bras or other garments avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item.

Please note that our company address is not the returns address.

All our returns are handled by Amazon. Return address may vary depending on the fulfilment centre that dispatched the order. So if you wish to return an item please follow the return process outlined below.

Return process

Inform us about that you wish to cancel (please do not send anything without contacting us first). For that we recommend using the eBay returns. After submitting your request to us (either by a standard e-mail or by eBay returns), we will send you an e-mail with a link to Amazon.co.uk website with a dedicated return authorisation and return label to print. The return authorisation has to be printed out and included inside the return parcel and the return label has to be printed out and attached to the top of the parcel for the order to be processed properly. It is Amazon’s requirement. We strongly recommend keeping the proof of dispatch and sending your return via trackable return method.

Effects of cancellation -Reimbursement

Refunds connected with cancellation of the contract will be issued without undue delay, and not later than:

14 days after we receive back the goods supplied by you, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods (proof of dispatch), or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as you used for initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you choose to have the items you ordered delivered by a more expensive means than the cheapest delivery option offered by us, you will be refunded only the cost of the cheapest delivery.

If returned items show evidence of use beyond necessary handling (in order to inspect the products) which result in diminished value of the products, we have the right to reduce the amount refunded.

Exchange of products

In order to exchange an item you will need to proceed as if you cancel your contract with us (please see Your right to cancel section).

You will need to:

1. return the original item (see "Effects of cancellation - Returning the products")
2. place and pay for the new order.

Please contact us before sending any returns as the return address may vary.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless the products were delivered to you in error, or if they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive your return you will be refunded according to the "Reimbursement" section.

If you'd like to reduce the time necessary to receive a new product you can always reverse this process- place and pay for the new order and then return the original one to us.
