The item is in New - OPEN BOX condition from a clean, smoke-free environment. Most bags are factory sealed and 99.9% sure all the parts are there.  Cobi does not do a great job with parts identification (unlike Lego!) so all we can be is 99.9% sure!  All minifigures are still selaed in the bags so that's a great indicator.  Box has damage.
