Payment 

I only accept PayPal and payment is due no later than 2 days after the auction ending date. After 2 days eBay's unpaid item assistant will open an unpaid item case. 

Returns 

If you are not happy with your item, please return it in the condition you received it. This includes original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Buyer is to pay return shipping. The original purchase price will be refunded through PayPal once the item has been received. Shipping & handling will NOT be refunded. If your item is faulty or I have sent you something different than you ordered, again please return it within 14 days and I will issue a full refund. This includes the cost of return shipping.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If there is any problem with your order please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and I will do my best to make it right. Once you have left positive feedback you will receive it in return. Also, please keep in mind that the 5 star feedback for shipping time is how long it takes me to ship out the item and provide you with a tracking number, NOT how long it takes the carrier to get it to you as I have absolutely no control over this.
