Payment must be made within 3 days of auction close. All funds must clear completely before item(s) ship. We accept PayPal only and will ship ONLY to CONFIRMED PayPal address – within the US only unless we have agreed, prior to your bid, that we will ship elsewhere and at what costs. We try to ship immediately upon receiving secured, cleared payment but sometimes that is not possible so a handling time of five days should be noted. YES, we will always combine shipping and do the best we can to keep things safe and reasonable.

We always attempt pack items to insure their safety and do not intend to take any profit on shipping costs. We estimate the shipping based on the weight and size of the package, along with packaging materials and USPS rates. Unless we have overcharged an exorbitant amount, all overcharges on shipping will be absorbed in an effort to attempt to offset ebay and PayPal charges. For all auctions with an opening bid of 99¢ the quoted shipping costs are firm.

Insurance is strongly recommended, especially on items of high value or for those that are fragile. Please request that your item(s) be insured to protect yourself from loss and understand that we cannot be liable for any damaged, lost or stolen items when they are not insured. The Buyer is responsible for any uninsured items that are lost or damaged in transi…if you require Delivery Confirmation, Insurance or any additional services, please request them, preferably prior to bidding or paying, as they are not included. We retain our postal receipts as proof of shipment.

If you live locally, we can arrange for local pick-up or delivery and adjust (or refund) your shipping cost accordingly.

All sales are final unless buyer feels that a purchased item does not match its description or condition as detailed in photos provided. We have been collecting toys, comics, and movie memorabilia over 30 years. All items we list are from our private collection, most of which has never been opened, used, or displayed. We are ready to part with most of it and hope you enjoy it as much us and even more than we have.

Due to age, some images have faded slightly, some glue has lost its adhesiveness, and some packaging has bent, creased, or torn. In most instances where there are batteries for a toy, the batteries will need to be replaced. We cannot confirm that these items work without opening them, which we won’t do just for that reason. We cannot be held responsible in cases where sealed items have corrosion due to batteries or where they simply do not work. Each item is complete and has a detailed description, indicating its unique condition. Aside from the packaging, each item is in excellent condition and you should always refer to photos. If you are seeking to purchase an item in PRISTINE condition, please confirm with us that the item we are offering is what you are looking for before bidding.

**Although we do try and make sure all of our items are free from damage of any kind, we do concede that there may be an occasion when damage could be missed. Please know, in this case, we are always willing to work with our buyers. We strive to please every buyer!
