Top tube measures 23.5 inches - 59.69 cm
Measured from center of headtube to center of seat tube.
Seat tube measures 24 inches - 60.96 cm
Measured from crank arm bolt to center of top tube.
Purchased at a state sale, not much history on the bike. It is in fair condition given it's age, the tubes hold air just fine. Most parts are working however the bike has been sitting for a long time and will need some adjustments to ride properly. Chain and cassette are very rusted and will need service.
