Two of the teeth on the big ring are broken short, and it'll sometimes shift to the middle ring when shifting past the midpoint of the cassette.  Other than that remarkably little wear for being 22 years old.

If you ride a 175 crank, this is a great way to go to a 30-46 wide-range double.
