We are a small independant family run antiques and collectables business, who pride ourself in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Please can you save us a seller as we always stock a wide variety of quality items to suit every pocket.

TERMS OF BUSINESS 

Multiple Purchases ~ We always offer a postal discout on multiple purchases as we always want to pass the savings on to you the customer.

Postage Timescale ~ We aim to parcel and post your item within 3 working days (excl Weekends) however on the very odd occasion this is not possible.

Proof of Postage ~ We always obtain proof of postage with every item.

Returns Policy ~ We offer a no quibble return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your item, if contacted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Postage Costs ~ We will only pay the return postage costs if the item is damaged or broken and not a change of mind. This would be up to the customer.

Customer Support ~ Please feel free to contact us regrding anything and we will endevour to get back to you within 24 hours.
