This coat is in very good but used condition. 

There is some slight fray on the badge on the sleeve. 

On one of the pockets there is a small tear / damage on the top of the pocket. 

There is some small wear & tear on the other pocket. 

 On the end of the sleeves there is some very very slight wear & tear

There are a few small marks & blemishes on this jacket just from general use, but still in very good usable condition.
