This is Chato Suave, from Set 2 of the Homies line of mini PVC gumball machine collectible figures. He stands approximately 1 3/4 inches tall, and as shown, has some wear from normal play and handling, specifically the usual paint rubs and scuffs, with a need for also a light cleaning.
