EXACT CONDITION:
Item is MINT in a VERY GOOD Package- Figure is new and has never been removed from package. The paint job on the figure looks very clean. The many photos within the Item Description area are of the EXACT item that you will receive. Package has some shelf wear but nothing overly horrific at all. There are a couple of minor splits along the clamshell's border. There's a tiny one located on the bottom left corner. There's a small to mid-size one located within the right side edge as well. There's a very small ding located near the very top of the right side border of the clamshell. There's also another small ding located near the bottom of the clamshell as well. It's located just below the area that reads "WOLVERINE" on the front of the package. The remainder of the bubble has some significant scuffing due to shelf wear and storage. Keep in mind, this figure is from 2002, so for its age, it's in great shape and is in an unopened package.
Paypal (or Paypal related services such as "Bill Me Later") is the only payment option I accept. I must have payment within 7 days of your invoice being received. If I don't have payment within that time period, the item will be re-listed and you will be left negative feedback. DOMESTIC SHIPPING : Very reliable and fast USPS Priority Mail shipping (Parcel shipping on my much BIGGER items and First Class shipping on my much smaller figures) to the lower 48 states within the United States. This includes a confirmation number. Buyers in AK, HI, & PR please write for a quote on your S/H charges. I will have to charge you a very small shipping fee to assist in the additional shipping costs. APO/FPO addresses & US Protectorates are excluded.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will offer my International buyers a 7 % discount in shipping charges. That's right, just wait for my invoice after your purchase. I will send you off an updated invoice reflecting a 7 % discount in the quoted S/H costs from the USPS that you initially found within the shipping / handling area of my listing.
I offer 2 different shipping options to my International buyers. Please read my options very carefully below and please note that once I mail off your package, you will be sent a confirmation (tracking) number. If any problems arise with delivery, I will help in assisting to find a solution but will not be accountable for lost/stolen items. Country Custom fees and taxes are the sole responsibilty of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's postal policies before purchasing any of my items.
I would hardily suggest having your package sent USPS Priority Mail International which can be costly but is very safe. This service is very reliable and much faster than my other option (First Class Mail International). The second option for International buyers is First Class Mail International. It is obviously cheaper than Priority Mail International for many reasons. You can explore these reasons on their web site. The main negative with this particular service is the fact that the USPS doesn't closely document tracking records which makes it very difficult to find answers when shipping issues arise. This service is not as reliable and sometimes can take a long time to get to its destination. In all honesty, you are taking a gamble with this service. This service seems to be a great alternative for some countries (Canada is a great example) but if you are from a more exotic country, I would suggest spending the additional money on Priority Mail International. To protect myself ( the seller ), I will buy a Certificate of Mailing if you want it shipped this way. This is my proof that I did indeed mail your package through the USPS. This will protect me as a seller and adhere to E-bay policy of keeping clean shipping records.
All International Buyers should notify me previous to buying any item. Some countries have many restrictions and I may not be able to ship to your country. This is a must. I should be notified in advance so I can check with the USPS to see if it's possible to ship accordingly.
