Up for bid is a really GREAT OLD Pretend Play toy made by Fisher Price.

THIS VERSION WAS MADE AROUND 1989!!!

It is the Little People Play Family NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE. This HOUSE is IN NICE CONDITION with some bubbling to the lithos on the floors, see photos.

Come with some of the original pieces. This house is two stories with a lift sunroof, garbage can, garage, basketball court, pool, and built in picnic table. 

Below is a list of all the pieces that will come with the house. 

THE PIECES INCLUDED ARE:

  • Two pieces of the house bases. They are kept together by the handle on top. Two stories, balcony, garage, basketball court, pool, picnic table and sunroof window. Floor lithos do have water spots/bubbling on them...wall lithos are fine as is the roof litho. Ball and rope string is attached to basketball court. Very nice condition for 40 years old. Only the two floor lithos show wear from time. 
  • Yellow Kitchen piece with refrig, stove and cabinets all one piece
  • Blue Bathroom piece with tub, toliet and sink all in one piece
  • Teal pool that fits in space on base
  • 2 Blue Single beds with quilted heat stamp
  • 5 Original Little People figures. All figures have a plastic body and head.
    • Dad - Tall Blue body with brown molded plastic hair.
    • Mom - Blue body and a blonde ponytail.
    • Girl with orange body and yellow hair
    • Boy with yellow body and brown hair

I tried taking photos to show you the condition, lithos are nice with flaws mentioned above as you can see in the many photos, very little flaws... REALLY A NICE PIECE. It is clean and ready for another person to enjoy.  This set is in nice played with condition, and would be a great collector addition. Scuff marks/paint wear from years of normal play.
