MCA owned Gauss 1969-1973 before Cetec took over. Speaker is amazing. tested loud volume with synth bass patch out of cabinet.works perfectly. 

I am on vacation between 7-3 and 7-21. handling time will depend. when i'm in town its usually 3 days.
